Meet the Team

Ryan completed his undergraduate studies at University of Western Ontario and went on to receive his LL.B. from the University of London. During his period of articling, he worked with Minden Gross LLP on significant real estate projects and transactions and was then called to the Bar in 2015. While Ryan is still a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the choice to enter the development world came naturally with his experience in on-site construction working for an award-winning condominium developer as well as his work with Altus as an analyst in its construction cost consulting department. Ryan has  been  involved  in  the  acquisition, development and sales of over one million square feet residential  and  commercial land throughout the GTA.

Aaron works tirelessly to ensure Block runs like clockwork. With a passion for development and construction  since  childhood, he previously served as a Property Trust Analyst and Director of Developments for real estate projects across the GTA. Aaron’s determination, patience, and high standards  have  helped  Block  grow  at  an astonishing rate. Aaron holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and attended Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv as part of its distinguished MBA program.

Joseph brings a wealth of development knowledge and well over a decade of experience to the Block Developments team. Previously, Joseph worked as Director of Development for Initial Corporation before venturing out to work on his own real estate development projects across the GTA. Joseph holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an MBA from Schulich School of Business with a focus on real estate development and strategy.
